Gotta hand it to Apple this time. While 200 bucks for display may seem excessive compared to 3rd party displays, it doesn't void warranty which is practically unheard of... practically every company out there is eager to blame the customer for malfunctioning product, and tampering with the device in any way is a pretty sure fire way to void the warranty lol

iPhone 12, 13 and SE only. Screen, battery, camera and speaker. That's all you can do, Apple? What about older phones, which probably need repair already? What about other parts, like buttons and charging port?

This is just for show to say "see, we support right to repair, so stfu".

Translation: we still own your device that you gave your own money for, but here's something to make it feel like it actually belongs to you.

Apple literally treating its customers like that little sibling you give the controller but don't actually plug it in

Apple users will buy these, then will go to an expert or repair shop to repair their devices on behalf 🤣🤣

They're the opposite nature of pcmr and android community. Not gonna say how stupidity pricey these are. Lol

70.99 for a battery lmao. Makes me feel better about the usual 20 - 30 bucks with Samsung batteries.

I absolutely despise Apple but if they were to actually make parts available, release schematics, guides and design easy to repair devices.. Holy hell this would be such a game changer, I'd actually consider looking at Apple.

[deleted post]It's the other way around.

[deleted post]Apple fanboys would never attempt these repairs themselves. If they did, they would cease to be fanboys.
