I've seen Chinese flagships with insanely high spec chipsets, but they're just not polished at software level. Filled with chinese bloatware. Camera app that doesn't take decent photos, oversharpened or super saturated something. Videos with half the modes missing, or quality reduced randomly in some modes like 4K60 or 1080p30.
I've seen Snapdragon 870 with no slow motion video recording or 1080p120 which even Galaxy S9 matched back in the day. Many don't even have 60 fps recording.
The polished feel is not there. Its like owning a bull without brains.
Owning a G8x, you very well know its almost the world best in audio, but choose any other feature as well and it doesn't disappoint anywhere. 4K60 recording is simply awesome.

My Rule: Never use a Tecno mobile..
They are overpriced, bulky, ugly and they have sh**t* and buggy softwares full of unwanted ads. It's like they preinstall tons adwares to all their apps. And they made some people believe they are actually affordable when you can get a better product for less.
Note: my rules, not yours. U're free to use anything, so Tecno fanboys (if any) stay aware from this.

if you use 5g processor like dimensity 800u or 900 then if your price will 26k. probably this will be the first and best cheapest curved display phone. for sure

The processer is low which leads to mobile overall low performances. This phone on looks only rest waste of money

However, some phones are dangerously close. Iqoo 9 SE is retailing for 34k. Mi 11x Pro is doing 32.xxx something on Croma official website, leaving just a 7k (27%) difference. Realme GT2 is again no longer the cheapest 888.
And at a price of 28k you're getting SD 870 phones like Mi11x, which is hellishly high performing compared to the midranger G95.
Mentioning 8Gen 1 was my mistake. So, yes, I was quantitatively wrong, but my point raised was correct.

Get the price right Tecno spec of 14k mobile you are selling it at 25k.nothing make the phone stand out...expect the side edges. Would rather pay extra 5k and buy realme GT2 with SD888 SOC

This phone is just mockup to increase prices in future, techno knows it won't sell any. But it helps them increase prices eventually. Imagine helio 95 for 25k nd 6months later they offer SD888 for 35k, we all rush to buy them thinking techno upped their quality. One plus did this strategy before and many in future does same thing
