On eBay the cheapest you can find is $1,750, it's not worth it! taking into account that there are better options today x today! case and with that thick chin and those iPhone 13-like bixels nah...

Hi, I'm using Leitz phone since Jan 2022 with AT&T but from last month, it lost the signal and i couldn't use it anymore. Can you please show me how you set up the APNs on your Aquos to use it. Thank you very much.

I really like this new design, but I just wish the bezels were more slimmer.
People will hate on the Aquos R6 for its curved display, but that one had more slim bezels.

David, 16 May 2022If you are from the USA and you buy a Japanese phone from E... moreI have the R6, it's great and it works in the US, but not 5G and its LTE bands are not that fast here, either. From what I read so far, the R7 sold in Japan will not support US 5G or the fast LTE bands.
If the R7 worked on US 5G, I would buy it over any other phone.

David, 16 May 2022If you are from the USA and you buy a Japanese phone from E... moreSometimes yes sometimes no. Lots of times they at least work on at&t and tmobile. Two of the main 4. And prepaid carriers that use those networks.
However sometimes you still don't get full usage. Like 5G.
And with the major carriers decommissioning the 3G network here there are lots of issues with connectivity on all carriers on and off. And even when a phone is compatible there is a lack of proper provisioning going on. So even couple year old completely compatible phones are having issues connecting on certain networks.
But yes usually at least on those two carriers. You just might not be able to access certain network bands that a native phone to that carrier or us may get.
And even worse is part of that is not even always that the band is not there. It's just locked out. Or in cases like Verizon for instance the asus rog phone has the bands to run on it but asus and Verizon will not work with each other to allow it.

This is the superb phone by looking at the specs and design. Somehow it is direct competitor to Sony pro I. They have similar specs. But I believe it is a bit better. Now I am using Sony Xperia 5ii but in the future I will buy it. Ebay have some japanese sellers who sell them.

Aquos Wish2 looks cool, the specs are decent, it looks like the Japanese smartphone market is superior to the North American one.
The market for Android phones in Japan is very varied with brands that have never left Japan.
We need better Android brands with mid-range Snapdragon processors, Motorola and OnePlus suck.
