Chrome also can have updates Uninstalled and be disabled so not taking up ram. And less apps can be deleted or disabled on moto which in part contradicts your claim.

                                    Just for example in every samsung device is samsung brownser and google chrome. Both cant be deleted consume your ram and batery and act like mandatory apps.
                                    In Motorola there is just one brownser and minimum apps which doesnt consume much disk space as in Samsung devices filled with tons of bloatware, Adaware, Malware and many else.

                                      These sensors and binning do nothing to bring us improved quality. The only quality it improves is that of the sensor itself maybe and that's because of the side effects and issues that come with the structure of the sensor. And the binning and heavy processing to fix it help mitigate those issues and slightly improve the shortcomings of the sensor.
                                      They do not themselves bring magically improved camera quality though.
