Decent phone with relatively ok price.
But the 60Hz refresh rate and 18W charging speeds for these times, no way.

NEXT no I'm not gonna buy a Samsung this year ..
I have the best of them ....today Samsung no SD card no charger to price...even a A53 you pay 550 Euros and right away case ,screen protection and charger 90 euros

Pumpino, 11 May 2022Compared to the 5a, we have - a smaller battery, no headpho... moreProbably because you can't get the 5a outside of the US and Japan. Smaller battery is rubbish. I'd prefer a Snapdragon if it kept the price of the phone down and retained a big battery. I don't think everyone wants a Tensor.

LyleJP, 12 May 2022Get this, or wait until the vanilla Samsung S22 is under $5... moreI compare phones based on 5 main feature sets; Screen, Battery, Camera, Software and Performance.
The vanilla S22 is better than the Pixel 6a in every metric, well except the battery perhaps ( 4400 mAh vs 3700 mAh ), but the S22 has faster charging ( 18W vs 25W )
The Pixel 6a would have solid cameras, but it has only two cameras at the back. The S22 has three cameras.
Software is preference thing. The S22 will get 4 years of updates while presumably the 6a will get 3 years. So the S22 is marginally better there too.
