LOL Someone... moreThose things happen.Nothing is gonna last forever.There's no brand with a perfect product.I mean they even make things to let us down,for us customers to buy another product.Any brand(cars,electronics etc) make lot of money by repairings and maintenance.Now things aren't supposed to last long:(.But even now sony makes reliable things.I'm not concerned about samsung.I don't wanna be a sheep in the flock!I don't care how many phones samsung sells!I don't care they fool lot of people and they have big profits every year!I never wrote anything here,i just replied to some persons i thought they are here with bad intentions.Ofc noone will ever see me on samsung chat,but i see samsung fanboys coming here say bad things about sony all the time.

Water/dust proofing as not must have coz we have many phones b4 without this feature & its only useful in rare cases.
I am not saying that why Sony invented this feature or why Sony put this feature on Z ?? I am just discussing over water/dust proof feature i rally don't care which brand have this or not.
Its a simple thing is it must or not ?? & i am just asking this question to those user who thinks its a must have feature.

[deleted post]It's easy to say i speak nonsense but giving no explanation.Can you contradict me?Just prove if any of those things it's not invented by sony.Or tell an important thing invented by samsung.Haha i know...you can't!Don't come with that stupid flexible display(i know it might hurts you,but sony made it from 2007,just they never released it)But samsung wil fool you to buy a phone with flexible display even if that means nothing because all other components aren't flexible.But don't bother think about it,i guess thinking is hurting you.Good luck,you need it.

The whole point of suggesting wait and see what S4 offers. So you dont waist money. Well if two awesome phones cost about the same, but one has the protection and one doesnt then why not get the protection and save yourself from have to pay insurrence, buy whole new replacement, or buy cheap because now you spent all money on expensive mobile and its dead.

I'm 30 so I've seen a few more things come and go than you have. Love the throwback there to the 80's Sony TV. I think my parents still have an old Trinitron somewhere in their house too. See what I mean? For the record, I'm on my 3rd Bravia TV through a 5 year warranty. The first 2 just stopped working!?!? Ask me how my 6 year old Vaio laptop is still working? Exactly. Nothing like their old stuff. Come back when you've matured, please.
Oh by the way, I'm actually a Nokia/Apple guy. Never bumped Samsung. So yeah, I do know a bit about innovation in phones. Thanks for playing :)

And some phones years ago had this too. Besides not every phone does have it so if you dont want the feature then get a phone that doesnt have it you know? But if they are going to add it in for barely any extra charge then why not?

I really can't wait anymore. It'll prolly be better to buy this one in Japan, after all, the device can be purchased Unlocked. And it is cheaper compared to how much it will cost in EU/UK. :D

Til now i used 8/9 mobiles & i never repair single phone due to water or dust damage so how come its a great feature ?
u may say its a additional feature which useful in rare cases but its not a must have feature... that's what i want to say.
May be as some user say.. its useful for those countries peoples where rain is the problem.

No one seems to compare Sony to Sams... moreYou speak about INNOVATION?Tell me one innovation from samsung.Don't tell me about camera(s3 flagship has a sony camera,iphone 5 too).What component is made by samsung in a smartphone?Any company could put same configuration,samsung or any other brand just assemble components and put their logo on products.I love my bravia tv when i see 3D(sony invented it) movies through DLNA(also invented by sony).I'll buy a 4K(again invented by sony) TV when it will be available.Don't even try to compare sony with samsung when it comes to TVs,camera,laptops,HomeCinema(anything related audio or video).samsung is ahead of sony only in smartphones(but sony is sony for about 9months when they bought Ericsson).I'm 20 and last 5years i was able to buy only things i want.I bought only sony things and none of them upset me.They work like new.Also my parents own a 28years old sony crt TV and it still work beautiful(those crts were guaranteed by sony for 20years,tell me another thing 20years guaranteed).My friends buy samsung but i never said them to buy sony.I'm a happy sony customer,never had a thing not working.They have quality,premium products.Don't compare those products with samsung.It's a SACRILEGE!But good luck with samsung:)

I think I am right, that accidents have happened to all rarely, but it dosent mean you will not take precautions. I belive you have an Insurance policy right?...... Please dont take it otherwise.
You might have have it as a security I belive.
