Apple bands are indeed quite expensive.

But among all the straps on the market, the nike sport loop and nike sport band are worth their heavy money, quality wise.
There are cheap knockoffs for sure, but many of them fail in quality in a short period of time.
The compatibility with all apple watches also plays an important role that adds to their value.
Their other bands over 100$ in general are way overpriced.
