Bad decision, dislikes and likes will only lead to mental issues. And it's not even helpful as even comments that are totally wrong can receive many likes (just see twitter).

The comment section looks clunky and cluttered now. My suggestion is to make emojis smaller and fit within the user's comment layout. Tapping the emojis can reveal the info on what emojis and who used them. Since this is just implemented, I am hopeful that you'll make it work better.

The GSMArena comments are like the Wild West already. It will be interesting to see if this makes things even worse. I tried multiple times to stop viewing them, for my own sanity, but it‘s sometimes too funny to see the stupid stuff people write.
