Not interested, looks Apple focuses only on color matching, share and collaborate data among apps and users, nothing about my individual productivity like having arrow keys on my iOS and iPadOS on-screen keyboards. Rediscovering multi-windows and multitasking on computers like iPhones and iPads is like rediscovering the wheels for cars.

i wanna see where they take the ipad. Will they actually make it a 'laptop replacement', potentially eating into their Macbook sales? And if so, what would they do? Kill off their Macbook series?
Or they will just make them different enough that neither can replace one another via things like ports, touch input etc

I love my ipad pro as it is.. I mainly do photo editing, and it is more than enough of a tool and better than any laptop.. I am sure if you dont code or dont do extensive 3d work.. ipad is good for anything else.. gaming yes, AR work yes, video calls yes, video editing yes, browsing yes, entertainment yes.. if you need anything else, get a laptop.. if apple put everything in ipad, what will be the point of macbook air then? They are a corporation which wants profit.. they are not your buddy that fullfill your wishes.. if you dont like dont buy.. they got million buyers and they are happy thats why apple has the most number of repeating customers, far ahead of any company other than samsung

iOS pretends to to do powerful computer stuff but Apple won't let it.
Android used to do powerful computer stuff but Google crippled it for 'security'.
It's all as boring as appliances now. A new iOS or Android release excites as much as a new model of microwave oven.

When connected to an e... moreThe iPad Mini I just bought last year didn't even get this "reworked multitasking" which literally still works like a phone. Still no desktop mode, still no decent file manager, still no browser engines other than Safari. M1 exclusive. It's a joke. Really need some Android and ChromeOS manufacturers to make decent small tablets. I bought my iPad before the Legion Y700 was a thing, but that's still literally just one option.

Waiting to see iPad Air M1 get the MacOS instead of iPadOS.
It's a crawling speed to reach MacOS function, which run Apps too.
Even Windows now can run Android Apps, after you paired your Android phone to it.

Can the iPadOS run software? - cannot.
Can the MacOS run Apps - can.
iPadOS is just a lite version of Mac, running easy lite apps.
MacOS is powerful, but doesn't support touch screen.
No where perfected.
