Very weak review software and function-wise. Design I can see. But I need to know how it behaves, how many watchfaces are they and how they look, etc etc etc..

    I would appreciate if reviewers would mention if AOD has fixed pre-defined faces or AOD uses the same watch face as active display and is fully configurable, just dimmed a bit. Main reason I don't like most smartwatches is that when they go into AOD mode, they change the watch face to some different predefined one which looks nothing like the active watch face. And it's really annoying because NO ONE tells this in reviews. It was just dumb luck that Apple Watch 5 happens to have full on AOD mode where watch face doesn't change at all between active and AOD mode and I really like that. It's always the same, it only turns large white surfaces into black ones, but it doesn't change anything else and I really like that because watch face is always the one I "designed" and has info on it that I picked. I'm using AOD without wrist detection, so it's not activating my display on wrist motion, but I still have watch face glowing on the display at all times. I still get actual 24 hour battery life out of roughly 85-90% charge.

    The other day I was fiddling with an Amazfit T-Rex which is a pretty nice watch actually (has a Casio G-Shock vibe), but it only has 2 AOD watch faces that don't resemble ANY of the active watch faces. You can only pick between Digital and Analog and that's it. No configuration or choices, just 2 fixed options. When it goes to AOD mode, it just has that fixed watch face, digital or analog. Granted, it costs like 1/3 of Apple Watch, but still.

    No need for super long details (although appreciated), just mention for every smartwatch review if AOD watch faces are fixed predefined ones or they are the same as active display. That would tell me everything that I need to know about AOD.

      Great review, but I'm sorry to say I don't agree with you in the easy recommendation, to me the Huawei watch GT 3 (which I own btw) is better than the pro version . Maybe not in material but definitely the size and the weight the Huawei watch GT 3 is better than the pro .
