Car maker Geely completes the acquisition of Meizu

Geely launched a company that will develop smartphones last year, this acquisition will kick-start the process.

    Flyme OS was very good during iteration 5. Used couple of months with meizu note 3.

      if a car company makes phones. i hope they will not have the same fate as mitsubishi makes phones...

        Interesting. Meizu had all but disappeared in China but maybe with a large company behind it they might have some chance of survival

          Well lets see.
          I remember Meizu as a Chinese average quality low cost phones which were selling pretty well at my company back in 2015 and 2016 until they withdrawn from EU market.
          Hope Geely will start and make comes true Meizu project Zero which failed 2 years ago.
          Still waiting for someone who releases hole-less device which will do everything wirelesly and will be unique compared to competition and for price which will shake the phone market.
