Design wise, Nothing to shout about. Let see if the performance and camera can make up for the mundane looks.

A copy of iPhone design with some so called "transparent back", which in fact shows absolutely nothing.
We can also expect lower tier CPU, high price, and ugly UI. There is really someone who would want it?

definitely different from the usual identikit android designs, quite interesting, i am presuming it will have no sd card though, in my opinion, black version would be rather nice

The most important thing is price.
Perhaps nothing can replace HTC as niche maker of well built,pricey mid spec phones,as HTC seem more interested in vr etc than in phones these days..

A promising camera system, a great battery life, headphone jack, IP rating, IR blaster, FM radio, a top tier chipset maybe not flagship grade, a 3 years and up of os update that would make it standout from the crowd, elsewhere it would be just a midrange budget smartphone

They will have good chances if they provide monthly updates and don't change their phone design every year. They have to stick to the design and built on it slowly.
