20 June 2022
That was one of the rumored improvements for the upcoming foldable flagship, but now there is photographic evidence.

I have og Fold and the crease is not a issue.

I am more interested how good the cameras are and will Snapdragon 8 gen 1 plus chipset be good enough for playing Genshin Impact or will it throttle like hell.

Also rumored 100 dollar/euro cut in price would be great when i consider upgrading to Fold 3 or 4.

              https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Yls6SnFp2rk

They gave up on breaking the display with folds after 418,000 folds and switched to hard drops on a rock surface until it cracked. Took them 14 drop to break the display.
They placed the phone in an ice bath during the test and drowned the phone and hinge with a full vacuum cleaner bag. The phone didn't notice any of that.

Over a decade of research vs vaporware chiPhones....

Of anything, Samsung needs to work on the cameras. Which it is.

I don't get the inner square screen. What's the point? Shouldn't the screen be 4:3 or longer?

So, still a crease aka still a distraction/horrible decision on the screen? Got it.

Still too narrow aspect ratio. Once they reach at least 21:9, my wallet is ready.
