hehehe...It's funny how people describes or loathes others preferences for gadgets. Not every user is tech savvy,they just blindly buy what's IN and not because they know the specs,etc... Some wants to buy S3 or iPhone 5 just to be "IN"and not because of the built,camera,OS version...Here in the Philippines,people still go for Nokia asha and"dumbphones"with flashlights! And they still sell like hotcakes!The number of consumers who buys an android(middle range gadgets and up) or iOS are still very few but still counting. My point is,regardless of the Mobile OS and brand,consumers here wants to buy a phone that CAN DO BASIC COMMUNICATION and the specs comes as secondary reason. Well some pay for premium just to brag about,really...

Cydia has too much traffic now, yes Installous is gone but try appcake. Google it. Its better alternate

iPhone WITHOUT jailbreak = worse than average dumbphone, featureless.
iPhone WITH jailbreak = still no mass storage mode, no bluetooth file transfer,no message delivery report, no alternative launchers, no true multitasking - no programs actually working in the background, no default program selection (default opening program), no customization, no widgets, no proper file management, no flash, no removable battery, no memory expansion...
List is ENDLESS, limitations are Apple's real name. Apple = prison (you pay to be in). Sorry, truth hurts...

Famous of such hard brick droids examples are.. tab 7.7 (ICS rollback HC) .. Dell Steak (Perform wipe data using recovery on custom rom install) .. samsung eMMC chips hard brick note/tab7.7 etc ..
Its dangerous for untrained and unaware users. Thus if you want to root or install roms .. i suggest you read and double read all instructions (and visit xda often)
