Sony tries to customize its updates in the best way and that the reason why they're sometimes late. on the other hand, Sammy tries to release its updates fast and the result is as you mentioned.

its a nice and good update from sony i just update my xv and no bugs or isues theire is a new lookscreen jelly bean is runing very smooth on my xv

Being first with updates means nothing if it doesn't work well.
