in the UK it is 13.0.12 with august security update.....as I have said before ITS GETTING BORING NOW...told we will get android 13....told we will get miui 14.....when we still have not got android 12 yet..... 3 months after we were told it had been released for redmi note 11.

I'm from Pakistan my version is RGCMIXM 13.0.15.0 and it have been updated to 13.0.16.0 today with September security patch but remains on Android 11 😕
