I can live without 15 minutes of fast charge for 4 minutes. I'm OK with plugging my phone in the charger for 30 minutes or more to fully charge my phone. I can do other things during that time like reading the newspaper or enjoying a nice cup of tea.

Lot of pr... more1) I had zero doubt in my mind that they can make the fast charging happen with a slow chipset. It's the other aspects of the phone that I'm concerned about being crippled by horrible performance.
2) The only ones complaining about a good Dimensity chip in a reasonably priced phone are Qualcomm sheep that would take a bullet before admitting the 888 and 8 Gen 1 have severe performance issues.

I mentioned Dimensity because that's what people wanted them to shift to and I am saying even if they do that people gonna still complain
Again more people waste features by having it and not using it versus the other way around example every apple phone ever invented

2) The day I buy a $1000 phone is the day inflation makes the value of the dollar a third what it currently is.
3) What do you mean by that last statement. This doesn't use a Dimensity chip.

Let them continue using G series and have some flagship features reach the masses/ lower price range customers
People always complaining about too much processing power or they are use the A15 for scrolling Instagram while paying $1000USD...
We should celebrate this niche approach... no monopolies on approaches to chipsets/feature sets please
Next thing you know the same people are gonna say if they switch to higher chipsets nah don't buy this Dimensity phone when you can buy a Xiaomi for 20 dollars less.. smh you just can't win

They should focus on better, affordable chipset now and not on higher charging speed but older Helio chipset if they want to steal Xiaomi’s crown
