'The Xiaomi 12S and 12S Pro have 1/1.28” sensors in their main cameras, which could have been considered large if not for the 12S Ultra model, which was also unveiled today'
- My P40 that I bought in 2020 are at 1/1.28" sensor size. Sad that today competitors just playing catchup. But I'll get this 12s Pro anyway, just because it got Leica quality into it.

- Noctilux, Summilux, Summicron, Summarit, Elmarit are Leica coding in terms of aperture level. P40 is Summilux, which is faster & brighter than 12s Pro (considering same sensor size).

I know many people have biased opinions against xiaomi due to their low end phones but if they manage to cover a good software support with this one. I see no problem with xiaomi being the new huawei - samsung of the market

I'm so confused, why couldn't they put all this in regular 12 series and not making 6 ,,different" devices?
It sucks that it's only available for China, leaving the rest of the world with worse option 12.
