Did Lenovo not regret and brought back to fully Motorola brand name ??? There was a huge reaction from the public and they had said it was a wrong idea and they changed it right away. So, why we still see the half brand name ??? I really don't understand what's the point or problem with this ? Nobody use moto brand, everybody calls it Motorola! Bruh, sorry but Motorola brand name is much more historical and valuable than yours! Try to use it everywhere, it's better for your prestige! 😁😁😁

Either is 200mp useless at 2x or that 12mp is.
Feels like S21+ where you have insane resolution but poor tele capabilities. Just more pricy one.

DMX, 23 Jul 2022Some forums including this website are full of comments fro... morebecause the phones atleast don't slow down as they age.

+ Motorola has always given updates any 2 months or 3 months and then the next.

So naturally people will complain about late updates.
Also the Motorola Team worldwide isnonly around 500People because of Lenovo and mainly Google reducing their numbers.

Dont understand why copy a copy cat who copied Motorola 40 years ago when Motorola was making and selling smartphones 10 years before samsung made first devcie.

But you are saying as if thats the biggest threat in the world, for not getting monthly security updates would end our phones. Thats not the case right..?
I am just saying in user pov. Decent security updates are good enough imo.

So the phones which a gets security updates a day later are getting hacked.?

I just divided the total number on the market by the number of updates. That comes out at 1.8. Roughly, rounded up, it's been an update every 2 months on average but the updates haven't been consistent. It could be 3 months for one update and then you could get 2 updates in a month. Once every 2 months has been the average. Still, personally don't think updates are that important if the phone is running smoothly without bugs or the phone is missing a feature that is important to a specific user and that feature is added in a new update. Actually for my use the update to Android 12 made changes I don't like. Would have left it on Android 11 permanently had I known

DMX, 23 Jul 2022Some forums including this website are full of comments fro... moreI found them fine for updates. I have a Motorola edge s which was released in February 2021 and it is currently on the June security patch on Android 12. You can check the update history in the settings on Motorola phones. I did this and saw that there were 9 updates in total in 16 months since launch. That's an average of an update every 1.8 months which is reasonable. Having said that I don't always think updates are a good thing. Regret updating to Android 12 as I preferred the previous android version. Meanwhile, I bought a Xiaomi 12 (Chinese variant) in June and at the start of July it was on the March security patch so I think Motorola is not that bad. I returned the Xiaomi 12 due to severe overheating issues because of the snapdragon 8 gen 1 (so don't know the current update situation). Going to probably get a Xiaomi 12s instead when the price drops
