I like android OS
and as a brang "Samsung" ang Sony is always my favourite.

But hey, they manage to sell well because they more focus on the phone features not design!
You want nice design, nice material for the phone body... pay $$$.. thats it.

more specifically cheap feeling plastic. plastic is fine, but how they make the plastic feel is important. it still baffles me how their ugly phones do so well...i'm an android fan btw(just in case)

Honestly I'm not a huge sammy fan. I'm hating on the brand, but I prefer using a phone which a lot of people don't own. Still not a sony fan either, but I might end up owning that smartphone or the motorolla.

i have the s2 but i agree:D all sammy phones are kinda ugly. they also use plastic for flagships wtf? pathetic.. their dev support also sucks. im gonna change brand for sure

I wonder how the chaebol structure, which Samsung is part of, has contributed to this success. What Samsung is doing right is also to have the fundamentals in place - screens and processors in house. Now, let's see them crack the luxury segment and step into Apple's territory.
