I remember 8-9 years ago androids barely even had any update, they worked out of the box. Now you get update every month and still has tons of bugs/breaks new stuff. The more I read reviews more I see that every phone brand has tons of software issues. This was never situation before, phones are getting bigger and bigger garba*e and they cost more and more with no innovation, just adding more cameras which 90% people aren't even using.
Removing things like 3.5 jack, SD card which alot of people(not me) actually use.
I remember the times when I paid $150 for a phone and it worked great, now I pay $500 to have garbage!

One thing is for sure, 2022 is not a good year for smartphones. Majority are overpriced, compared to similar models from last year. Many have same specs as last year. And the ones that have put better specs, cost much more now.
That is why we see a decline in Chinese phones market share. People bought them in the past for their low prices and nice specs. Now, the low priced Chinese phones are the same like last year (so, no need basically to upgrade) or they are much more expensive (if they improve some things in the phones).
In this cases, people moved to Samsung and Apple (for similar prices, this two companies offer much better software support) or they just kept their phones until next year/years.
