If this price is lower, its better already.
As of now, it's just a overpriced SD778 with LEDs.

I think they should work on the price bracket of INR 10k - 20k ($125-250) because not everyone can afford a handset in the range they are selling. And for the question of removing gylph and wireless charging they should not remove it for the handsets above 20k. It would be fine if they do the cost cutting for the segment under 20k.

It's a step in the right direction according to me , now it will be a true competitor to many phones in mid range category.
To be Frank most people who buy nothing phone 1 are not gonna use wireless charging , the glyph interface imo becomes boring after a few weeks at most. Bigger battery and charger in the box is always welcome. I hope they don't they don't remove any other features or degrade the Soc .

I suppose thats make sense. I think they may have a product portfolio similar to Google. 3 or 4 devices in different sizes and pricing.
But stay there and not became like Nokia/HMD Global or Motorola with to many phones.

Nothing phone without the LED gimmicks is just… an overpriced Android phone. I guess the pressure to gain more revenue is too much? If Nothing were so confident with their brand, they shouldn’t even do a lite phone. Stick with the one model and work more in expanding the ecosystem instead (eg more wearables).

It's not a bad idea. The strength of the company should be the software, more than complex designs.

Well, we would like to see Nothing Phone (1) Pro more, but ok. I guess there will be 2 phones to not care about, albeit the unreasonable hype around them... 🤷🏻♂️

Bruh, this is just someone making believable news just to get attention. If OnePlus history is to be believed, their next phone will be the Nothing Phone 2 which will probably be slightly more upscale with a more advanced Glyph Interface. There will be no Nothing Phone 1 Pro/Lite or anything like that.
