For Windows 11 I use Rufus to do that trick. And my 12 years old laptop without TPM and all that gimmicks runs Windows 11 really well.

The most perfect windows os is win 7 with its aero glass ui.
10 is good, but it has ugly Flat ui that looks uglier than win 98.
11 is a complete failure.

windows 12 most built in software will be subscription based, you cannot turn off telemetry/data collection and you must create a microsoft account which needs to always be connected to the internet.
