OnePlus 10T debuts with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, 150W charging

03 August 2022
Not everyone will be able to charge at 150W, though.

Feem, 03 Aug 2022For us Americans, this is the closest we’re getting to an O... moreWhy you have hate towards Motorola and TCL. They make good products. Also ZTE. ZTE Axon 40 Ultra and Moto Edge + 2022 are far better products than this for 749USD.

Another 2Mpx camera? OnePlus wake up! The competition (IQOO 9T/10/10 Pro) starts to leave and you stay on the platform!

OnePlus 7T in 2019, have a Telephoto lens.
      OnePlus 10T in 2022, have crap 2mp lens .

Such a stupid decision. (Yeah I know they start using macro lens since 8T.)

They could scrap that 2MP camera to lower the price even more, it's crap anyway.

A OnePlus flagship with No Hassleblad(the only love point for some), No Wireless charging, No metal frame, No good set of Non Primary cameras, No ALERT SLIDER(WHY???????).... And a lots of NOs. However the price in India with launch offers is not bad, but who wants so much compromises with a flagship phone. But No Hassleblad meant a Big NO recommending this to someone. Seriously what has OnePlus become.

150W gonna burn the flex cable and the battery in no time. Common issue with Xiaomi 10+ devices with super fast charging.

OnePlus just made the 10pro🤮 look terrible against the 10T in every aspect. The 10T at $649 with the new 8+ gen 1 and better 3D cooling system, that 150W of supercharging just might be a true flagship killer😱. I still going to wait and see if it has any hardware or software issues before considering buying it. Don't want another S21 Ultra 🤬 with thermal and battery issues.🤡😎😊

Woohoo, 03 Aug 2022Hey, I pity the US/NA customers honestly! Btw why don... moreI was very seriously considering getting an S22 Ultra until the whole Samsung fabrication “Ovendragon” thing happened, and after hearing the rumors about snapdragon going tsmc for their next chip, I decided to wait.
The OnePlus 10T already comes the the TSMC-fab 8+ gen 1, meaning no “ovendragon” as people would call the 8 gen 1 and 888 series, so I figured despite the hate and overall hopelessness for OnePlus, a $650USD flagship looked really good for the prices regardless of cost cutting. Especially the 125W charging. I don’t know how they did it working with only 110V outlets compared to European 220V, but I think the 10T is officially the fastest charging phone being SOLD IN THE AMERICAN MARKET.
I wonder how it would fare against the recently released ZTE nubia Z40S Pro though 🤔

Lots of compromises but I found the price to be ok, but I think 6.4" screen would be better.

The only disappointment is camera. It feels like a downgrade coming from OnePlus 7T.

Btw why don't u buy the newly launched & well regarded/reviewed Zenfone 9??
Or maybe the S22+/S21FE/A52s? I've seen BBK phones selling/listed on Amazon, but as you said, it might not work with all carriers.

Editor, you wrote in one of your paragraphs "more newer." I don't know if it's intentional or not, but I figured I'd point it out in case that you may have missed it.

I'm not sure about that ultra wide camera. I'm between OnePlus 10T and Motorola Frontier

And usually the majority of Americans buy their phones in person via a carrier or the brand. Especially iPhones. Believe me, our choice is limited compared to you guys. You guys get Xiaomi and Poco, Oppo, Realme, Vigo, Iqoo.
We Americans don’t have those unless we import them. Believe me, yeah we have Samsung and Google and OnePlus, but it’s honestly limited compared to what you Europeans and Asians get.
It doesn’t help when Androids are seen for being for poor people here 😬😬😬 I’ve seen a boatload of “Android quality” memes here and they look like a heavily pixelated 2008 YouTube video and I know very well Androids are light years ahead of that image now. But still, they’re being made fun of.
