There are people here that import Chinese smartphones here, but their service here is crap. Some of the carriers here, especially AT&T and Verizon are so greedy that they will go as far as to disabling the phone if they don’t recognize it.
        I want to import a phone, but then I have to do a LOT of research before buying it.

            For us Americans, this is the closest we’re getting to an Oppo or Realme over here so forgive us if we buy many of these 😭 We don’t have many choices when it comes to smartphones here, it’s just Apple, Samsung, Google, OnePlus, TCL, Low-budget Nokias and Motorola.
            As much as OnePlus is getting hates on right now for being another Oppo, as an American, I might actually buy this phone. Like I said before, for smartphones, our choices here are really limited.
            You Europeans and Asians are lucky to have Xiaomi and the other BBK brands.
