if this windows thing fails and bb10 succeeds will nokia feel like the biggest douchebags for killing Meego, meego was faster sleeker and better looking and handling than android and only needed the backing yet nokia killed it and now bb10 is basically copying every trick meego had such as the button less interface and offscreen gestures. Stephen Elop should of been fired years ago.

Nokia is like Levis.
Nokia had made a big mistake of their feature design and OS. While others are developing much complicated and good looking devices.
The same like Levis they stay in their old fashion way. While Diesel, Guess and Co, makes new good designs for the feature.

This looks like a logical move. Thanks to Elop, Nokia has already a headquarter in Redmond. Keeping two will mean just bleeding money.

All the time I wonder what they thinking ? Are they stupid not to go on Android market which is probably 70% of the world market. Instead thay fight on 2-4% market. I never understand this policy.

But Nokia should now stick with WP OS, it's too late to join the android bandwagon which is dominated by Samsung. All eggs now in WP basket so better make that basket as good and strong and stable as possible.

I believe Nokia will bounce back after their big fall in recent years. They should have used Android OS along with Windows Phone OS. Too many Nokia fans have moved on.

I can undestand why they can go to android because of the deal with microsoft. Microsoft is given them 1Billion$ a year 250000 million each quarter. Microsoft and Google are enemy. This is a smart and logical next step. There is nothing strange or abnormal about this. Anyone who thinks this is a bad move or some sort of desperate sell off does not understand much about business sense.
Nokia is not in real-estate and this frees up a lot of cash in more ways then one. What it does not do is change anything in who works here for Nokia or what job they do..

Nokia - a brand we all once loved!! No other company will ever have a monopoly on market like nokia has had for years. Respect. Now i dont think nokia will ever be in real competition with iphone and droid with their WPs.
