Whats' the point of ECG sensor if it's not activated. I purchased my Galaxy watch 4 last October, and until now the ECG is not enabled in my region.
What a waste of money to buy a hardware that you can not use

You dont even know what an ECG is, it is a method employing electrodes and multiple of them to specific regions on your torso. The Watch 4 has none. Your two finger tips on the side of the watch isn't constituting an electrode in any sense of the word.
Watch 4 uses a highly limited version of Pulse wave analysis which in itself has huge imitations and Samsung has a done a horrendous job of even implementing Pulse wave analysis capability on the watch 4.
"ECG" lol , when you have uninitiated masses like yourself Samsung can sell a biscuit and call it an 'ECG' device. People are easily duped proof right here in this thread.
Oh and yes you are signing to the EULA, it's right there when you install the software and use it ;) It's also in the terms of conditions of the product. Unlike a can of redbull you buy from the supermarket. That law suite was frivolous to begin with and exposes more of the loopholes in law more than anything else but that's a debate for another topic.
We are done here, you are obviously trying to be dense on purpose. Brand zealots are the worst to debate with.

Lol ECG is very accurate in galaxy watch 4 only blood pressure is a tiny bit off. I can confirm that as I own it and many yt channels has tested it and ECG is accurate. Blood pressure is only a few numbers off. There is no reason Samsung want themselves to get sued putting a random generator for ECG

Redbull didn't have you sign an EULA before buying the drink. Exactly why dont you see anyone suing any of these smartwatch makers. Amazefit being the worst in every department yet nothing is going to happen to them. Their lawyers have them covered through the well crafted EULA.

Red Bull was sued because they had an advertisement saying Red Bull gives you the wiiings(wings). Also ECG in galaxy watch is pretty accurate. I am not so sure sure about blood pressure but i have seen on youtube where systolic is spot on only the diastolic is a few numbers high or low. So your claim on ECG and BP being inaccurate is completely wrong

They launched a dud and they can get away with it because of how the EULA is worded when you use their dud of watch. Same goes for Apple and the rest. You can't sue any of them. The courts will rule you have the right to not buying or returning it (if the option exists) when proven it hardly doesn't do anything as claimed.

Is that serving any purpose beyond misleading a person or arguably more dangerously a patient? Putting out a statement that it is cannot replace your doctor is not a get of jail free card, some despicable Samsung exec might think so but it isn't. Stop finding excuses for utter garbage products like the Watch 4, these products and similar must be shamed to all hell without mercy. Corporations are not some poor beggar you meet on the street that need your pity and support. No mercy for corporations, you call them like you see them. Watch 4 belongs in the rubbish bin for the utter incompetence it shows. There was zero effort going to making the Watch 3/4, some conniving top exec thought that by releasing something in that miserable state they can fool customers. Not one YouTube influencer who had the review sample from Samsung tested the units properly, they all merely just reported "hurr durr, yeah works fo me! very yaccurate! Baaee it naow!" It took other professionals who went and bought the units with their own money to come forward with the true results, not to mention the litany of complaints on the forum boards on the utter uselessness of the readings from the BP and Sp02 features
