Anonymous, 18 Aug 2022Which brand and where is the source of information? From the initial comment we are talking about the Chinese market in general, not a brand, in that case none has surpassed Samsung

The source is counterpoint the quarterly tally of world sales

Anonymous, 17 Aug 2022Chinese phones dominate market. It is Unavoidable They dominate only the entry level segment, but not for flagships

Most people these days don’t really care about latest tech, as long as it offers good value or money (mid-range phones) or reliability (like iPhones).

Is like you know you’re eating sh*t, but somehow accepting it, makes it better. No, it doesn’t. If anything, is even worse. At least Apple or Samsung fans do actually believe those phones are best for them and that they made a good purchase. You on the other hand, believe and know that you made a bad purchase and that you bought a garbage phone, but somehow that is better, because you accept it.
                Lol.

Atleast Galaxy A13 has higher brand values compared to ramdom Oneplus flagship. Both Oneplus/ Oddo are low-tier random brands compared to Samsung/Apple.

More people realize the quality of Samsung and Apple, thats why BBK market shares this year is collapsing compared to last year.

All BBK phone are low tier brand.

Anonymous, 17 Aug 2022Chinese phones dominate market. It is Unavoidable Yeah, mostly because they just spam phones like mad to the market, mostly renamed rebrands of same phones they've released 3 times already under different name in different region and casual users, thinking they are picking between different brands while actually picking from same brand. I mean, take casual user who has no idea what BBK group is and is comparing OnePlus Nord models to Realme and Oppo Reno models thinking they are selecting between different brands all while picking from one and the same manufacturer. Is that always bad? No, not necessarily, but it certainly isn't helpful. Like Android fragmentation isn't bad enough in terms of how many people are stuck on Android 11, 10 and even 9. Just because manufacturers either just aren't interested in providing any kind of decent support or they just can't because it's just impossible to maintain 50 models spammed to market every single year.
