I don't get what is wrong for You. Yeah, after Note 9 I would buy Ultra series with pencil as it does is job as mouse in many internet sites, when I have enought money. And yes, considering Swedbank banking app is always bringing updates and kinda quickly needing new os I think- Iphone cheapest cost about 500€ giving about 6 years of updates and Samsung all S flagship series giving 4 years of updates cost 800 and more euros in my country.

How about decreasing amount of bloatware with iOS16?
Since iOS15.5 , apps like Translator and Notes cannot be removed anymore.
At least ipad now has option to show EXIF data finally.
Even android 2.3 had it.

And 99% of comments here are just the later unfortunately. Everyone coming up with insane claims about ads like they haven't even read a single article about it where they clearly state it'll be integrated into actual usability and not just in your face ads like everyone is familiar with on Android.

Which is a level of innocent naivety so profound it’s almost adorable 😂
