They made 1 smartphone every second

Why the he** they should hear your queries
Within that time they could sell more phones

That's the actual problems with this type of s*** hole companies(all Chinese fones(smart) included)

And that's why we pay premium to Samsung/apple etc...
At least, If i will call/visit, it will be sorted out for sure

Try to understand reality of cheap price phones from ANY company

And by the way, they r selling many things other than smartphones
          So, nothing matters to them

Yeah, soon you will get only the box, phone have to buy separately🤔

Anonymous, 26 Aug 2022absolute joke. I paid £150 for the redmi note 10s last year... moreJust the way it's going. They're all at it and it's going to get worse. The next thing that will happen is that they will reintroduce the removable battery and tell you that you have to buy the battery yourself. Or they'll bring in modular designs with an extra missing camera slot and you can buy the camera yourself. Might sound extreme but it's all about cross selling separate parts that are marked up. Take away an SD card slot, sell proprietary cloud storage at overpriced rates. Take away headphone jacks and cross sell excessively priced airpods. It's all because people are getting fed up of smartphones and they're not willing to pay so much for the same phones year after year. The margins are getting squeezed in relation to the bill of materials, labour and R&D costs versus the final manufacturer suggested retail price. So the lack of genuine innovation is causing consumer fatigue so rather than try harder to innovate, something the Oems don't seem capable of anymore, they are trying to generate additional revenue streams through cross selling other product lines. It's a total con. Better get used to it.
