        This all due to China-US relationship in recent times ..
        US is concerned about China's supremacy in the manufacturing sector..
        Trying and requesting its companies and partners to slowly move out of China ..
        Maybe India will become the next big Manufacturing hub for US brands..

                            Moving to Vietnam may save them tax cost.. but the quality will suffer.

                                In my experience phones made in Vietnam are expensive in my country as compared to the ones made in India or China for similar specs.

                                  it has been happening since 2020 or earlier...
                                  downside would be higher production costs...
                                  as sony has been experiencing when they move xperia manufacturing to thailand (though this is as early as xz2 series)
