Bose earbuds are the same in the NC department, but the price is too high because there are too many compromises due to many other missing features. In addition, the Bose earbuds are bulky and despite the extra rubber bands, it feels like the ears are cramped, although not as much as with the Sony memoryfoam tips. In terms of sound quality, the Bose headphones are better, but the pixelbuds1 are on a par with the Airpods Pro 2.

H... moreAirPods Pro 2 use Bluetooth 5.3 which means they might support LC3 but only the iPhone 14 and 14 pro use Bluetooth 5.3, the 13 only used 5.0 so you will have to have the newest iPhone or a good android to take advantage of it

                In ear buds, yes, others are better and not necessarily Sony either. It's a congested segment on market but I also didn't refer to this.

                Laptop speakers. Nope. Apple are clear with maybe some niche products that barely get any publicity.

For airbuds, Sony miles ahead in term of sound quality, Bose in anc. For laptop, there were even laptop with separated woofers. Your statement might be true for only mobile and tablet.

                      Yup, that’s why I’m not in a rush to get them. I mainly use my AirPods for YouTube and phone calls on my Apple devices. I have sony headphones and a walkman. I’ll stick to that for music for now.

                          I should’ve waited, got my AirPods Pro (1) on May due to my gen 1 AirPods that died on me, so I had to upgrade and made decisions on the gen 3 or the pro

Why would you use Airpod pro on Android? There's no difference to others brand if you gonna use Airpod on Android. I will use Airpod on my Iphone but not my S22 Ultra, i rather use my Sony one.
