Nope, never. I'd rather use 3rd party messengers (which is a normal thing outside the US) and live with the freedom of using an Android than being restricted with IOS

          Android users will rather be more free and decide how their gadgets should be, than convert to the fruit.!

            Only in the US at least. The rest of the world uses WhatsApp or FB Messenger.

                Remember, almost all of the users here on gsmarena and other phone related sites who read regularly and post comments, are phone geeks. Majority of people dont think like we do. Most people dont care. Don't waste your time arguing.

                  You can always using alternative messaging apps like WhatsApp, signal, telegram etc to send whatever high quality picture you want to send stop bothering apple.

                      On my part, that's never going to happen.
                      Buy your mom an iPhone.? A person who is at an age that can buy a phone for his mom knows his mom probably use the phone for Facebook, Netflix, maybe coloring apps and word puzzles games... Nobody needs an overpriced iphone for that. A $200 budget phone will do :)

                        Literally, no one cares about this. This is only a USA problem.

                        The rest of the world uses other similar services that is better and are cross platform. So iMessage is irrelevant for us who lives outside of USA.

                        Also, if Apple actually cares about the security, they should adopt RCS as that technology does have security. SMS and MMS don't have any security and will be in the open for attacks and compromises on iPhones if all of the Android users in the world (there are ALOT of them) only can use SMS and MMS to iPhones.

                          US problems. In EU everyone is using Whatsapp, Telegram or other 3rd party chat app.

                              Well this confirmed it that's RCS won't be in iMessage for a good long long time. Now, those haters but*hole are boiling to the max after reading this news 🤣🤣🤣 Enjoy your RCS haters while I'm enjoying using Signal and Telegram from my iPhone to people who are using Android phone 🤣🤣🤣
