@Chixby don't lie bro, I have watch 4 classic and it lasts only about half a day, after 8 hours of work i come home with 10-20 percent. It has even worse battery life than my previous appel watch 3

For me it's all the same if someone wants to spend 500€+ on an Apple Watch that lasts a day in regular use. I admit it does a lot more than my Amazfit, but we call this "wearables" and personally I feel the single worst feature in a wearable is that you can't wear it when you have to charge it. Sleep tracking becomes a challenge if you have to charge it over night. You do you, I'm not taking my watch off every day or even every week. I'm happy with the compromises my watch has to ensure I can get by 2 weeks.

Honestly battery life is the biggest problem in apple watches and galaxy watches. these devices should last at least 5-7 days without AOD and 3 days with AOD. I have a gear S3 from 5 years ago and after all these years it's still has 2/5 days of battery life!

From 2015 when Google first released AndroidWear, there was the LG Urbane.
It had a whopping 410mAh battery AND a full-circle display, an Always-On-Display with OLED. Got around 2.5 days battery life, but that Qualcomm processor was slow.
And let's not forget that Kickstarter in 2012 for the Pebble Watch, which had a 7-day battery life due to its E-ink Display, and low power components. All that via 130mAh tiny unit, whilst modern Casio have even smaller cells and they are guaranteed to last 10-Years without a recharge/battery, but they're not "smart".

Anonymous, 13 Sep 2022like your lack of physics knowledge I suspect the reference is the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. Right in this moment my GW5P is at 36 hours, with AOD and all sensors on auto. I have 60% battery left (2 days and 11 hours more).
I'll get well beyond that "super power saving mode" Apple's is trying to lie to you about, without using any power savings at all.
It is indeed unacceptable for 2022.
