That antutu scores shows that device was using an qc snapdragon 600 processor clocked at 1.9ghz quad. There were rumors that Samsung failed to optimize the device to extreme power of exynos octa.

This phone is already in the top ten of gsma smartphone listings, yet no info has been confirmed as its showered in rumors as usual. But this will crush competition no matter whatever is on the otherside.
Haters will hate it and bash it with every word while other oem's fear the kind of market domination this device takes single handedly.

Funny, people.. you think this is official? you are already assuming things which isnt valid. so please, stop comparing phones like HTC One/Xperia Z to GS4 since its not yet out. Lets just wait for the release then that's the time we can "JUDGE" this phone.
And for those who has Xperia Z or HTC One already, why don't you just enjoy what handset you have and stop bashing other phones? Just because you don't like it, it doesnt mean its not good.
And... if there's nothing new in S4 design, then sammy is really running out of ideas...

All i will say on this is, seen that these are pre-production images and results, we werent know the true potential of the phone until its release.
However, point to note. The SGS3 never was the fastest, never had the best screen, and never had the best camera, yet... it rained supreme over all the others of 2012.

Samsung is playing very nicely by false rumors but i know S4 is going to be a real surprise for sure & its going to beat the every other good phones from Sony n hTc
