Why here in middle east the waiting time is until end of October. I'm very confused as when I go to shops they are selling higher than apple store prices .. if it's not popular why it's always out of stock ?.. I'm planning to buy now but I need to wait until November to stabilize.. by the way I'm planning to get iphone 14 pro max

I know you desperately want iPhone sales to be low, but it won’t happen this year either and not in upcoming years, sorry. Apple is way too big for that.

Another way of making the vanilla iphones a bit more acceptable for their current prices and minor upgrades would be doubling the base storage. But Apple knows it doesn't need to do that. With the kind of fans it has, Apple could even get away with so much more (like selling a monitor without a stand so they can charge $999 for it separately), especially with their vanilla iPhones, and their users would still come up with ways to convince themselves that they made a smart purchase. Apple is not going anywhere anytime soon.

You don't think selling 90M iPhone 14 series this year alone isn't good? 😅 It's the same really high number what they sold with iPhone 13 series in same timeline. For comparison iPhone 12 shipped 75M which is lot less.
Just see, iPhone 14 series going to sell very well, no doubt about that. Every year there's people who say no-one will buy these new iPhones because there isn't anything new and then Apple have really high sales, happens every single year.

Also, where are the Apple users, who said that iPhone 14 series are selling so good. Well, it looks like those initial numbers were just the dedicated fans, who probably buy the newest iPhone each year. The average Apple user (that means majority of iPhones sold) is not so interested in iPhone 14 series. Especially when the vanilla model is just an overpriced iPhone 13, while the iPhone 14 Plus model is way too expensive for what it offers (you can buy an iPhone 13 Pro Max unsealed or as good as new, for the same price).
