Bebochekov, 29 Sep 2022I don't think you can on iPhone. Android yes. Indeed, that's my point. That's why Google's censorship is not yet a problem, as long as you can still use anything they don't approve.

How does that change the fact that cheap phones also have garbage support? It literally doesn't, but at the same time proves that phones being more expensive don't have software support any better just because they are expensive. I'm just shocked that you two don't understand this rather simple statement.

To make matter more hilarious, you claim I don't use Android. Ever thought WHY I don't use it anymore? Am I speaking some sort of alien language or something? You all somehow know me as "the guy who defends Apple all the time" somehow, but no everyone ignores WHY I do it lol. Used Android for 10 years and with every phone I owned in those years, I was disappointed at how little its makers cared about software on it. That's why.

malverdant, 29 Sep 2022it's not censorship to comply with international law? It's got nothing to do with international law, the US sanctions are only US law. If you follow them it your choice. If you don't, we'll then the US will put illegal sanctions on you. The US likes to bully other countries.

[deleted post]Exactly what I pointed out to him, that they nowhere mentioned an ultra flagship while saying one update was okay. Moreover it was also told, that it was for low end Android phones (100-300) but him being ignorant as usual totally misinterpreted that. The funniest part is that he doesn't even have or use android phone but keeps comparing iPhone with Androids all the time. Maybe he's paid by apple to spread misinformation everywhere

Besides, Apple is to blame mostly for not allowing third party apps, which is what makes anything removed from the Crappstore such a big issue.
