M4HESH, 29 Sep 2022People had no problem with same design of iphone since 4yea... more-Separate camera islands lead to impossible task of cleaning the lenses - forced to use ugly cases if you don't want that.
-Curved screen is a nightmare for inserting a protective film (that Samsung didn't bother to do out of the box btw) or tougher screen protector
-Curved screen is also a nightmare while using s-pen : edges of the screen constantly recognize s-pen strokes as accidental touches and delete the move altogether
-sharp edges are horrible and very uncomfortable for longer use
-stereo speaker position leads to muffled sound while gaming because the speaker was moved from right to left side at the bottom (and the speaker is already weak and tinny without any interruptions)
Here, just from the top of my head, as a former s22u user.

Still a garbage curved screen. Anyone who continues to defend curved screens is an idiot. There are zero benefits to them. The drawbacks are many. I wish there was more competition in this market.
We need some more chip companies other than Qualcomm, and we need to have some nice-to-have features returned to add value back into all these samey phones (headphone jack, notification LED, microSD card slot, etc).

People had no problem with same design of iphone since 4years, but they have with samsung. S22 ultra design looks dope, I don't think it needs any change. Just improve the battery & a spec bump for marketing.

always the shitty curved glass on the front and on the back that you are forced to use an extremely ugly protective cover because it is so extremely sensitive and breaks immediately if it accidentally slips out of your hand, plus the things are slippery like slime eels
