                again such crappy designs with huge camera humps and small batteries that have to be charged twice a day.
                can sammung please develop a usable phone again, it can/should be 9.9 mm thick in my point of view with a 7000mAh (at least) battery and the camera humps should totally disappear. and for the ultra variant they should finally do it without the shitty useless curved screen.

                    Who wants a Fold (or any foldable for that matter), will just buy a fold.
                    You can say that they are doing the vanilla variant more unappealing, to make people buy the Plus or the Ultra. Something like Apple did this year with the iPhone 14.
                    But the Ultra and the Fold are different phones, created with different usages in mind.

                      Phone design at the front have generally looked the same for the last 5 years. The only differences come from the rear design like the arrangement of the cameras. The last 4 iPhones (11-14) are nearly indistinguishable from each other. You can only do so much with a slab design.

                      I wonder if the Z Flip 5 will look pretty much the same as the 3 and 4? I wouldn't be shocked if it is.

The market is so bad in the last 3 years with almost zero inovation, same phone - The S20 Ultra- Rebranded as S21 ULTRA S22 ULTRA and now S23 ULTRA. Huawei in my opinion was politically killed by Apple and Samsung who bribed the US and Europe political committees.
