Hi..
I got samsung omnia yesterday....I jus installed skype on omnia.....works fine....I downloaded the pocket pc version of skype for windows mobile on my omnia using wifi from the Skype official website .....and then installed it....I jus called my friends to check if the skype was working fine....it is fantastic.....Good luck with you guys....

I can not even install on my SonyEricsson XPERIA It says that: 'SkypeForPocketPC' is not a valid PocketPC application, or same thing with Smartphone App.

i install skype to samsumg omnia phone but cant open skype.. it says 'couldnt find the all necessary resourc files to start skype.' i install it to internal memory.. help on this situation. thanks

Had the same problem as well. Tried to install it in the device itself and not the storage card. Worked! Try it.

bb, 19 Jan 2009i have just checked, it is working!Do you have any idea on how to enter options after calling?.
For example: If you call a 1 800 number(typically a customer service #), they give many options to choose. you have to enter 1 or 2 or other options. do you know how to enter these options.

it works on omnia (u have just to install skype in the internal memory, not the external one)

What did you do to get Skype working on your Omnia. I have tried several times and everytime I get a message saying it can't find all the applications to let skype work, try reinstalling program. Like I said I have tried several times now but to now avail.

Skype 2.2.0.45 doesn't work on Gigabyte i350. When you're calling after two rings the Skype is shutting down with an unexpected mistake. The report is sent to Microsoft and nothing else. I'm trying it via WiFi ADSL router at home. Test failed. armenmirzoyan2007@gmail.com
