The top Sony and Sennheiser wireless phones are very good now, which is more than good enough for most consumers.
I held out for a headphone jack in a phone for a long time, right up to the Pixel 3a which I just replaced with a 6a. But since trying the Sony XMs, with Android's LDAC, I was well impressed and not looked back on being literally tied to a jack jack since.

Google has been able to sell 27,6 million phones since the debut of Pixel /Pixel XL in 2016.
Average 4,6 million units/year ..
Judging prices and most are carrier phones in USA, revenue must be too little.

To get any kind of decent battery life people revert the screen to 60hz, turn off 5G, etc. I personally keep battery saver on at all times

Of course, BT buds and stuff are super handy, for work, working out and etc. But needing to pay premium price for just decent sound is just insane marketing that people are willing to pay, saying its the future. Having to fiddle with dongle Dac/amp is just absurd just to be able to use HIFIMAN, Sennheiser and other IEM's. But oh well.

Even 30 to 50 dollars IEM's can sound better than 200 to 300 dollars BT earbuds, not even talking about proper IEM's or headphones vs BT audio products.
The thing is, BT products are great and all, but removing jack from phones is basically removing options, Jack just works and delivers better sound at the same time, people saying that jack is outdated just defending evil corporation profiting from them, or somehow are blind. Why people don't realize that having both is a superior option, than just having one option and on top of that consumers paying for it.

When you do not have a jack, you simply sacrifice flexibility. I know a lot of people do not care, my phone does not have one, but I often miss it - even through I have like 5 BT headphones.

If you want superior wired audio quality you need a high quality headphones. If you want superior Bluetooth quality you also need high quality headphones.
Just get a 3.5 mm dongle and be done with it. you can find a dongle with a 3.5mm and USB c port to use wired headphones and charge your phone at the same time for a couple of bucks.
I'm pretty sure most average consumers will fail a blind headphone test.

This is update version of 6 so call it 6.1 not 7.
Google products all failed because they releasing products without complet full project. If they are not serious about pixel phones it will be vanished like others

If is it true about I won't buy this shiit. I was waiting for Long Time for pixel 4 when it released with doggy battery I was super frustrated. This 7 also old model looks like update version of 6. Why they don't call it pixel 6.1
