It is a good move atleast from the projections. I hope this would in-turn reflect in the prices and I hope it generates more employment oppurtunities in India with somewhat good standards. I used to work for a MNC in India (of course they outsourced it to India). The work standards were horrible for example I worked on an avg of 10-12hrs a day (sometimes asked to work over the weekends). Vacation requests are not respected and usually the management decides when I should take vacations and for how long. I hope they could improve the standards
