Oh boy! Only having the ability to use wireless charging! Such inefficient power wasting innovation that will make using wired headsets impossible! I sure can't wait to purchase a charging cable and waste more packaging assuming apple doesn't include one. Surely this won't cause any noticeable strain on the already struggling power grid!

Latest sd card standard supports 128tb and 4GB speed.

Portless means that you literally can't use wired headphones anymore unless you get a BT adapter which ruins the point since it sacrifices audio quality and is yet another battery to charge. This reminds me of the setup you needed to do to play Splatoon 2 with voice chat. This wouldn't be too far off 😂

No SIM card. No charging port. No buttons. Apple is 300% amazing. Let’s hope their next device is 2000 usd too. I will buy 5 of them then, so my entire family can enjoy this experience.

The day Apple moves to wireless charging only is the day I go back to Android. It simply doesn't make sense to do that right now. Once all infotainment systems have Bluetooth Carplay it might make sense. Even still tho, unless wireless charging speeds fastly increase it's a bad idea.

USB doubles the max speed every 4-5 years and is currently at 40 Gbps while Wi-Fi is currently at 1.2 Gbps (2x2 because that's what phones and most PCs use) and speed only increases 30-40% every 4-5 years. It would take Wi-Fi 50+ years to reach where USB is today considering there won't be an unexpected technological breakthrough

Also, they know very well that they will make lots more money selling the more complex wireless charging plates, than they do selling their current cables.

A bit arrogant to want to do without cables entirely. Wireless charging is lossy. A whole power plant (or more) will only work for the charging loss of hundreds of millions of phones and pads.

But if all oem decide to move to wireless, then I will have no objection.. same as 3.5 jack.
