Lumia 920 or iPhone 5 should've won. The innovation on Lumia 920 is unmatched by any other smartphone. The technology and level of precision of manufacturing of the iPhone are second to none. This award is bogus. The fact that the Lumia 920 swept every other awards except this speaks volumes on how this award can be bought. SGS3 the best smartphone? C'mon, it's just a piece of cheap plastic.

you will know the durability of the plastic Note 2, aainst the aluminium iPhone5. and btw, iPhone 5 is better in 'sideonly' drop test. on front facing drop test it suffered a lot than GS3.

come on.. where is htc.. htc is equal to innovation.htc made first quadcore phone.. they invented capturing photos while recording feature. first 1080 display. awesome sense ui. best camera phone. samsung just copied everything and they won the award. hmm gsmarena is my fav site. but no more. really disappointed me.. Best selling phone doesnt means its the best in the world..

it feels more boring, so, there is nothing to feel wowed about. at least, sony works and focus more on design, innovation and a better specs in a term of high performance... also brings more extra great features and a better build quality of material and hardware as well.
samsung keeps adding cores, so its just about numbers... so i can see that 2> than 1.5 but it doesn't mean its faster ;)
