Hope that helps (just took it off at 95% and entire body and battery is 32-33c)

You do realise the devices can only use whatever set maximum for that device (usually less if its not the same brand charger), it won't pump 80w in to a device that can do only 20w and it should also mean less heat overall so what are you on about?

Can oppo 80w car charger used with vivo x80 pro and will it achieve the same fast charging as well?

What was the battery temp. (IR thermometer, and when was it at a damageable temperature) in correlation to the IR hotspots?

mixa, 23 Oct 2022Ok, how come a Realme 6 charges from 0 to 100% in 59 minute... moreBecause the 50 Watts doesn't tell the full story

              It doesn't tell you:

1)If the battery is single cell or dual cell

2)How long THROUGHOUT the charging battery percentage % the MAX watts is applied (50W only at 0-30% charge and then 10 watts 30 to 100%)

              3) it doesn't tell you if the overall watts is from HIGH AMPHERE or HIGH VOLTS

              4) it doesn't tell you the heat management systems being utilized whether the chipsets used in the charger and how that communicates with the phone's battery

              5) it doesn't tell you about the battery quality itself

              6) it doesn't tell you THE DIRECTION the current flows in the battery example some batteries have current flow from the "bottom" to the "top"

Some charging solutions charge from the center of the batter then move up and down simultaneously AKA MMT charging

Watts is only the END RESULT...

Ok, how come a Realme 6 charges from 0 to 100% in 59 minutes with it's 30W charger and 4300mAh battery? And then 50W does it in the same time? What gives?

Fantastic. My chinese OnePlus 9 doesn't even have wireless charging, yet the pace of this one is the same as my wired one, if not less...

I love my 9 and I will miss it when I will move on from it.

anyway, if anyone use this with an iphone, it'll obliterate the battery.
