But only if your eyes have got used to it. Going back to 60hz is very difficult.

AnonD-1066415, 22 Oct 2022Should be more like "Xiaomi is still holding on in the... moreI for one have raised my limit to 300 euro from 250 as the top nr i am willing to pay for a phone. Also i am still waiting for something in that price range to be more compact or at least smaller then i have now that is 159mm tall phone for 6 inch screen.

For what i use my phone on there is no reason that makes sense to spend more on a phone. I hardly ever use camera but it's still nice to have for when ever you need one but for that it dont need to be top of the line lens and sensor with lots of features. I dont also play with my phone other then the long trips to toilet and for that candy crush is enough. That also dont need top of the line hardware to play.

So whats left for using a phone that needs hardware ? When i bough my phone 4 and half years ago it was ok low end with 136k Antutu v9 score and it still working ok for me. Things that will broke on a phone will be buttons and plugs so it wont matter is it a flagship or budget as these things get the most wear and tear.

Also this thing cant afford is dumb. We can afford to pay 60 euro a month or so for phone bill that include the phone and the contract for 2 years. And you get your flagship or status symbol iphone for that no problems. The amount of people who use the status symbol wont buy out these 1000-1500 phones on release day or when they go to shop to buy one.

I buy the up to 300 euro phone cause i will buy it out on the day i go to shop and if something happens to the phone it's not something i need to treasure and go to repair shop. Well depends on how long i have the phone but if it's like after 2 years then it's better to buy a new phone then go repair the screen or something.

I have only once tried to go trough the process of repair and it took 6 months and in the end of it the phone had still the same problem and also 3.5mm jack was broken too so it saves me lots of nerves and lots of running between repair shops as it's not worth it.

Most people dont play games so by browsing only you wont make any difference in 60hz screen over 120hz screen as the time you use browsing you are still on 60hz for these 120hz screen phones. Well if you have set the screen to be 120hz for all the time then it's a different story but i dont think you make any difference in the screen with just browsing.

I went to a retailer to buy these and tested the hyped cameras only to be shocked at how bad they were.

oppo is the brand thats still growing due to its salesperson's genjutsu method. offering a flagship priced phone but the insides are lower midrange😂😂😂 could said the same to vivo. they offer flagship price, but they gave you an upper midrange.

Apple very likely grew too, but they are in that other category which is growing.

Well best brands rules and the most overpriced will watch from the dust on the ground the others how they rise and shine.
Its only natural that companies foeled by greed for money but lack of innovation falls down.

I don't expect any Indian brand to be making to this list. Coz they don't have the attitude of doing something good for buyers. Indian companies are just after profits. Even now they get the phones from the manufacturers outside India and simply put the stamp of Made in India. Except the stamp nothing is Indian.
Non Indian brands like Xiaomi,BBK are doing better than any Indian company.
They deserve this dominance because they very well know the mindset of Indian buyers and Indian manufacturers.
                                Cannot blame Non Indian companies.

Should be more like "Xiaomi is still holding on in the Indian market". Lol.
I think, general speaking (not only for Indian market), people buy Xiaomi phones not because they are particular good (I don't think they excel at anything these days, not even price), but is just that they don't have something better around to choose from. Considering the price too, of course.

And I see some people commenting here that "Everybody wants an iPhone, but they can't afford one". Lol, no. Is just that these days, people think (and for very good reasons), that are far more important things in life than spend 800, 1000, 1500EUR for a fre*king phone (speaking about iPhones in particular).

Ravuh, 22 Oct 2022Well, it's all the masses could afford unlike first wo... moreThe common people use iPhones in those first world nations but those who really know how to use their phones and want do alot more things would go for Sony, Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei and OnePlus. iPhone is still being used as fashion and status symbol(despite Sony being even more expensive) in those first world countries hence the popularity. The reason why Oppo is popular in developing countries is because of the default filters for their camera which people prefer if they can't afford an iPhone.
