SShock, 25 Oct 2022I absolutely didn't say that. Stop making things up. T... moreJust look at your comments, unless you deleted them like a scared kid. You denied that other brands modded/tweaked their android version, with own bloatware. And therefore wasn't delayed on release, against the original Google pixels. You said several times that as soon Google releases Android versions, the users have access to the update right away. We all saw what you commented. And it actually doesn't matter. Because you can't change the fact that everyone else than pixel, are modding/tweaking their versions with their own bloatware. And therefore delays happen. And the reason why my s22 models aren't updated, is because Samsung Scandinavia haven't fully finished it. Europe is big, and saying it starts to roll out in Europe, doesn't really mean all Europe has access to the update! Yet.

[deleted post]You said they release final versions without the brand companies fixing and filling it with bloatware, and therefore it was always available the same day as Google released it. You even claimed that there's no such thing as bloatware.

SShock, 24 Oct 2022Dude, wtf are you on about? Do you know what FINALIZED mean... moreDo you even read the first comment? You keep claiming that android os is released without the brands company fixing it to fit their units, and their bloatware. But when you get corrected, you cry to Jesus and keep whining about the os is released as soon as Google gives it out. Only pixels gets the final on day 1. The rest of the companies needs to tweak their bloatware into the released copy from Google, before they release it on their own units. And that takes longer than the pixel models. No matter how much you cry to Jesus, it won't change that fact.!

It DOESN'T matter if it takes 5 months to complete OneUI, I'm talking when it's FINALIZED and ready to be delivered to users. And even then they don't roll it out all at once to everyone and it takes weeks through individual countries. What are you even babling about? Learn to frigging read.

When Xiaomi has a finalized version of their ROM or when Samsung has a finalized version of their ROM, none of what you mention matters. At all. How did you even manage to decide that’s the point you’re going to argue about when it’s entirely irrelevant?

Every other brands gets a copy of the stock, and then they need to tweak and add all their stuff to it, before any user gets it. And all that stuff, is mostly bloatware. But yet again, you don't know how it works, when it's not the fruit. Users are you and me, not xda. Users are you and me, not Samsung/sony/hmd/xiaomi/lg/Asus and so on. We, end users don't get sh*t before the brand company has been in and do their stuff. But good luck just any Samsung without Knox, and get official updates to that unit. Good luck.

Olympus Oms, 24 Oct 2022Bloatware has everything to do with the release. Do you eve... moreNo, because when software is already being pushed to users, it has been finalized and it just doesn't matter what you're claiming. That's the time it takes between AOSP release and Xiaomi's release, not after something is finalized and is being seeded. It has ZERO effect on seeding period.
This really shows you have no clue about anything and you're all self proclaimed super experts on everything Android and you don't even know how your beloved OS works and is maintained.

The pre-installed software that of course needs to be tweaked and updated with the os itself. Installed apps gets updated under the update, but the os software needs to corrected before releasing the update itself. But ok, you just showed how little you actually know. Enjoy your apple.

Olympus Oms, 24 Oct 2022Still nothing. Yeah, that's the magic of Android I guess, to which even Samsung isn't immune despite having best long term software support otherwise. I never had such issue with iPhone and no one can argue against that superiority. Every time update was announced for a particular day, it was released there on the spot. If ANY Android brand had such long term support as Apple and released updates so timely for whole world, I'd be their customer for life instantly. Instead, there isn't such brand or smartphone yet. Google's Pixel is close, but flops at longevity with just 3 major OS updates (though it does come with new version out of the box always) and from what I hear they still need long time to deliver updates to user.

Been running the beta for a while on my Exynos S22+. It's fine, no problems at all. No great changes from OneUI 4.1.x, nothing to get excited about.
