Devices that start with "Apple" are typically accessories that needed to be paired with their existing platforms. Apple Watch for example, is actually an accessory because it needs to be paired with an iPhone. Same goes to Apple Airpods, Apple Pencil, Apple Magic keyboard etc etc.

Why we got from 0,5V charging speeds to 210 on xiaomi and growing.
Why disk space is growing if long time ago we had 64 megabytes cards and was enough.
Or long time ago first PCs had a disk space of less than 100 MB and was enough.
Etc.
Many tech improving wireless is improving too.
Its far far very far away from what it was 5 or 10 or 20 years ago.
Or back in WW where wireless tech was first time used.

We'd have a great series of device that way -
iPad
iPod
iPon (iPhone is fine too)
iPen
iCard (Apple's Credit Card service)
iWatch
iGlasses (Apple AR Glass)
the list goes on...

And why you try to find these rare user cases? It's not like many does that. Just accept it, lot of people just doesn't need that much space and 64GB is surprisingly lot, i used years iPhone with 64GB, now i have 128GB and i've used 78,8GB

Try doing same with 200 Mpix camera from a xiaomi phone or Motorola set on a 200 Mpix where one photo will take around 50 megabytes and the 64GB will not be enough not even close.

For example i have 5000 photos and 84 videos and that takes only 20,7GB

It’s actual... moreman its not worth paying 640 or 750 for a 64GB disk space is ridiculous and nowdays more megapixels camera have more disk space photos costs.
So its not exactly opposite but just like this.
In past apps like facebook messenger, whatsapp, viber, twitter, instagram etc. costed few megabytes nowdays even over 1GB.
Well since apple gives laughable megapixels their photos dont cost as much.
But a 200 Mpix camera on Motorola makes 50 MB photos.

It’s actually opposite, back in 2015 i needed way more space than today, for example my 2017 iPad Pro was 256GB, i just wanted to future proof it because i had no idea how much space i would need and eventually i had more and more free space. New photo codecs made photos almost half smaller, videos got smaller. Only thing which came was 4K videos, which i don’t really do. Also games got bigger, which again i don’t do. Almost everything else comes from cloud or stream and not taking device space. Before you had to store music and movies on your device which took lot of space.

Not everyone do mobile games 🤦🏻♂️ and even if do, you can add plenty of games in 64GB, but i meant for light users, which there is many.

I read a great article today about Apple breaking the iPad lineup. The current lineup makes absolutely no sense. Ultimately, you are never getting what you want. I noticed that with Apple since Steve Jobs died. It’s like you have to settle when buying an Apple product. You are always missing something. Even if you purchase the best and most expensive iPad Pro......you don’t receive the new special landscape ultra wide front facing camera found on the 10th gen iPad.....I have found Apple to be best to buy certified refurbished products 2-3 years older. Idk. It’s always a disappointment. They are cheap dudes too. Just give people a freaking pro motion display. Give people Stage manager and external display support. Stop this socioeconomic stuff.....they claim to be in support of all races.....but they always favor the rich with better software......and then make it worse as the less rich you are. You don’t even get a bar to scroll through open apps at the bottom of your screen with the iPad. I don’t understand Apple. I think the company kinda began failing after Jony Ive left......

And very expensive compared to salary.
Among all european union countries we are just 1 or 2 positions before last one in salary earnings.
And everything here is costly i mean taxes, rent, bills etc.

I’ve been using same iPad since 2017 and i checked how much space i’ve used before buying new one. Number was 74GB and i had 256GB model and i have all kind of not used big games there. Nowdays Music is streamed, movies and shows are streamed. Basicly only thing taking space nowdays are games and 4k videos if you store lot of them. That’s why i just bought 128GB M2 Pro.
