ip5 is using cortex-A15 class cpu much like dual krait but better. Its much better in processing and power consumption then s3 / note 2 which still uses A9.

2. since iOS is clearly an operational system that was developed from Apple it would be silly to find on a Nokia, don't you think?
3. the first phone with downloadable apps was either nokia or ericsson, unless you mean APP store which again my answer is the same as 2.
4. The first phone to use email: IBM Simon Personal Communicator
5 & 6. The first phone to play songs and watch videos? realy? the first one to play mp3 was Siemens SL45 and to watch videos i'm suuureee it wasn't an Apple product.
7. first phone on which one can play games. Nokia N-Gage in colour, even Nokia 3310 had games....
8. first phone that allowed taking pictures Sanyo SCP-5300
9. first phone that allowed browsing the web, too bored to look for sources... it wasn't...
10. first phone that allowed face time, facetime is an ios only app so yeah.. they are the first.
Stop being fan boys and do some research on the internetz and use some common sense... :)

Others like the Galaxy design. Others like the iphone or Sony or Nokia. However it will be your fault when the overall product is worse quality and less usable and suffers htc hardware defects.

What is sadly not opinion and the hard facts is that Hardware, features, and software Samsung is way above HTC and HTC is well known to suffer hardware issues. The S3 was well above the ONE X. You can like the design better, but that's all it had for the people that even felt that way

Firstly,i want to say that samsung's design is more comfortable and beauriful.I have had both of these phones and i consider that there is no big spec. Difference between iphone and galaxy s3. Why do people say ,that iphone is stornger phone i dont understand. Galaxy s3 and iphone 5 have approx. the same RAM and megapixels too.in my country -in rep. Of georgia iphone is more expensive,than samsung or other model devices.for example:samsung galaxy 's price is 450 $ =1000 Gel and iphone' price is 700-900 $ = 1400-1900 gel. I dont think that these prices are fair. Iphone is not so good that price looks like. And this war never ends... :-D

Stop this non-sense war.. each company is benefitting from each other no matter what they say. "this phone has this blah blah... and that phone is different and has blah blah.." fools..
They even use the same specs like exynos or adreno or snapdragon.. so this patent war is based on the design and not on the specifications itself.

Samsung make their own stuff and thus need to pay more for their workers, and that drive base price higher.
Sure there is ethical issues here, but comparing materials, apple still better not that they use "cheap" mat here.
