I just can't understand why the Samsung xcover 5 design can't be used for flagships
It's like pay for too have Samsung give u the middle finger and go anti features
The xcover line of smartphones by Samsung is everything Samsung ultra line should be in design
The j series of smartphones by Samsung was also good in terms of design like Samsung j3
The Samsung galaxy S5 was best designed flagship by Samsung
The Samsung s9 was peak Samsung galaxy flagship phone before horrible copies of apple etc
I thought the Samsung a01 core was good design also
Yeah why no SD card slot on flagships but has it on mid range

Get the app elsewhere, open the app permissions, then grant "Allow management of all files." Now it works normally.

The A52s was the last good Samsung A-series phone in my opinion.

Backups of mirrorless camera while traveling - 5 to 100 GB
A 1 TB microSd card is cheap and I'd gladly pay for it to not have to shuffle files constantly to free up space.

I didn't say the implementation of SD chipset on S23 is bad but if u want the battery-draining features, might as well get the bigger version. S22's battery life is proven to be bad after all so stuff like QHD display will make it even worse

They&#... moreYou don't need a Micro SD card slots in your phone, Micro SD storage is an unnecessary complication on a mobile device, just transfer to your PC or Laptop or external storage where you can have *unlimited storage free, don't worry about slow cloud storage, especially for very large files, 1TB internal storage on a mobile device is an expensive waste, we don't need it.

Some games use more ram than others and are far more detail on QHD than FHD.
If you whant great battery and 8gb ram you can buy a mid range phone not an S-series.

Just imagine upgrading phone and having to transfer 1TB of data over WiFi or even far worse, the dreaded cloud. This is not feasable. It is the reason why they keep phone storage as low as 128 Gb because they can make more money and second, they will not receive complaints from user that upgrading phone takes age to move the data. Also, with microSD, if your phone dies or breaks or is in repair shop (which is arguably less common than microSD) you don't lose the data (at least, you can duplicate your data).

DMX, 04 Nov 2022As the owner of an s21 ultra with the soc 888 I must say th... moreI have a S21 FE and a S20 FE, and I can asure you the 888 is overheating and its performance inside the S21 FE becomes lower than the S20 FE, this is pretty shameful (and you must add the fact that the S21 FE don't have microSD). So I sold my S21 FE.
I think it is a chipset problem and not a phone problem because the 888 is just an overclocked 865. So if there is not no massive improvement in hardware thermal management, you will get less performance in long run, which is the case of the S21 FE and other S21.
